*Successful USCIS processing means securing a visa approval notice for the particular petition. Successful Consular Processing means securing a visa from a US Consulate. If you use our services for USCIS processing only, you will be responsible for making all necessary arrangements for obtaining a visa.

1. Legal fees are fixed. This means you pay one fee for the application. The legal fee does not include costs or other disbursements. The legal fee includes a response to the USCIS request for evidence.
2. We require payment of the entire fixed fee plus costs or disbursements (courier charges, facsimile, long distance, translations, credential evaluations, advertising, etc.) before we accept the case.
3. In the unlikely event we lose a case, there will be no refund of legal fees, costs or disbursements.
4. We expect to be informed of all relevant facts the impact the case. If we are given false or misleading information, our representation will be terminated immediately.
5. If we feel your case is weak, we will inform you of your chances of success before we accept your case.
6. Generally, cases will be processed within three to five working days of receipt of required information.
